New at Q Video Systems - Pelco Spectra IV IP raises the bar …

With the release of Spectra IV in 2007 Pelco has confirmed it's position as the leading dome manufacturer and now it raises the bar even further, bringing to market the industry’s first high-performance IP network pan/tilt/zoom dome designed by security professionals specifically for security applications.

The new Pelco Spectra IV IP-based camera/dome positioning system has all the advantages of an advanced network camera together with the features, responsiveness and reliability of the most trusted name in the industry. And Spectra IV IP is anticipated to become the new standard by which every IP-based positioning system to follow will be measured. Spectra IV IP provides high-end performance in a network dome, I.E. modularity, advanced features, and broad product line compatibility. It provides seamless integration into all video security applications by delivering first-of-its kind, true hybrid functionality. The Spectra IV IP provides users with complete functionality of a traditional Spectra IV product – including analogue video and telemetry control with latency-free operation and redundancy in critical applications – in addition to its advanced networking characteristics.

Talk to us about the full range of Pelco solutions including the industry’s most respected offering of discreet camera domes and enclosures, electronic access control, video matrix systems, next generation digital video recorders, IP solutions, and fiber optic transmission systems for video/data – and much more.

New! Verint Nextiva EZ Out-of-the-Box” IP Video Systems

New Verint Nextiva EZ is a turnkey network video package that comes complete with virtually everything you need to get your IP video system up and running, including hardware, pre-installed software, and instructions. What’s more, no extensive training is required. Now you can enjoy the benefits of IP video without expensive hardware upgrades, leveraging the security infrastructure you already have in place. Nextiva EZ systems start as small as eight cameras, with options for analogue IP cameras.

Preconfigured "out of the box", Nextiva EZ records all video continuously at 2CIF/12.5fps for 18 days, but you can change these default settings easily to meet your unique security needs and objectives, recording video up to 4CIF/25fps. And with Nextiva EZ, you can expand your video network at your own pace. IP and analogue cameras can be added, up to a maximum of 96 cameras, and if desired, the system can be expanded further with additional hardware.
